At this time we are seeking an entry level, sales associate. This sales person will focus on the regional markets and be an active part of the sales and production departments.

Sales Associate Skill set:
  • Accountability for your individual Sales Plan, Quota, Daily Performance
  • Computer skills – CRM / Manage sales data as well as qualifying leads for Sr. team
  • Willing to spend majority of working day selling
  • Calling warm/cold prospects
  • Comfort level with face to face client meetings
  • Use CRM program to manage customers and prospects (SalesForce training a plus)
  • Ability to travel across the US for multiple days
  • Knowledge of labor union guidelines a plus
  • Open to performing AE duties when called upon
  • Maintains contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
   
National Sales Executive Skillset:
  • Significant solutions selling experience; previous National Account sales is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of closing sales
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with sales force automation systems
